What should a new client know about working with you?

I am collaborative and straight forward. I provide a safe place and I do not judge. My goal is to provide you with actionable steps to see changes. I see clients virtually and in person.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In my office there is No pressure. No need to have a perfectly articulated reason for being there. Our first session is a chance to breathe — to show up, take a look around, and decide if this feels like a space you are looking for. I'll tell you a little about myself and how I work, and then we start where you are in life. Tell me what's been hard. Tell me what you're goals are. Or tell me you're not sure yet — that's completely fine too. My job in that first hour isn't to fix anything. It's to make sure you leave feeling like you were actually heard, maybe for the first time in a while. Because that's what everything else gets built on. We're in this together — starting right now.
