What should a new client know about working with you?

I am a Columbia University trained Licensed Therapist. I have post-graduate training in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & commitment therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and supervision. I strongly believe that the power of a helping relationship built on trust and unconditional acceptance can help one make desired changes. I treat adults and teens and specialize in treating anxiety disorders, perfectionism, OCD and relationship issues. I have battled anxiety in the past and can truly understand what people with anxiety experience on a very personal level. I have healed from anxiety and my personal/professional expertise in this area make me uniquely qualified to help you heal too!
