I hold a Master's in Social Work from Loyola University and a Bachelor's degree from Occidental College, which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is compassionate, straightforward and engaging. I aim to provide a safe and nurturing environment for my clients so they can begin the work of exploring their concerns in confidence. I take pride in being able to connect quickly with clients which greatly aids in the therapeutic process.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We will meet for an initial session where you will share what brings you to counseling. We will spend time discussing your struggles and what your goals are for therapy. You will have an opportunity to ask questions and also to identify if I am a good fit for you.
