What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is warm, supportive, and practical. Together, we’ll look at the patterns that keep showing up for you, strengthen your emotional resilience, and find tools that help you feel steadier and more like yourself. I use evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT-informed skills, and strengths-based therapy, but always in a way that feels natural and tailored to you. If life feels overwhelming, exhausting, or out of balance, therapy can be a place to slow down, catch your breath, and make sense of what’s going on. You don’t have to figure it out alone—I’m here to support you, work alongside you, and help you feel more grounded, capable, and at ease in your life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Your first session is a chance to slow down and be fully seen and heard. We’ll talk about what’s been weighing on you, explore patterns that may be holding you back, and begin reconnecting with your inner strength. I’ll share gentle, practical tools—like journaling, breathwork, or coping strategies—to help you feel more grounded and supported. You don’t have to figure things out alone; I’ll be here with you every step, offering guidance, encouragement, and a safe space to start feeling more like yourself.
