Oftentimes, we find ourselves struggling to balance life and to find time for ourselves, our children, and other areas that require our presence. We pour into others but often neglect our own needs. At CCN, we are here to support clients in discovering ways to nourish themselves spiritually, emotionally, and in their day-to-day tasks. I hold a Master's in Clinical Social Work from Rhode Island College, which equips me to guide and empower clients on this journey toward self-care and balance.

What should a new client know about working with you?

CCN is here to support children, adolescent, young adults and mothers (in any stage of motherhood you may find yourself). We offer support in a diverse spectrum of challenges and needs such as anxiety, depression, adjustment/transitional periods, church wounds, postpartum anxiety, and PTSD. We are here to support you in whatever stage of life you may find yourself without judgement. Rather, to provide a safe space to let go and find accountability when needed in the current season that you are in. We look forward to compassionately serving you.
