Psychotherapist
TX
Hello, I'm Sara. Welcome! I am so glad you are here. I love partnering with people to begin building trust in a therapeutic relationship. I became a therapist because of my past experience in counseling - I believe in the power of building a relationship with someone that can help us walk through difficult times in life. We don't have to take on those challenges alone. I offer my clients a confidential, judgment-free place to discuss the difficult pieces of their life. Together we can tackle those challenges. I look forward to partnering with you and becoming your advocate. I primarily employ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques to help clients overcome issues such as anxiety, depression, self-worth, and other mental health concerns. Additionally, I specialize in addiction, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, grief and bereavement, life transitions, OCD, intimate and romantic relationships, stress, suicidal ideation and self-harming, trauma, and family relationships. My approach is tailored to each individual, ensuring that we address your unique needs and goals. As a Licensed Professional Counselor with an MA, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our sessions. My background includes extensive work with relationship issues, family conflict, grief, infidelity, and life coaching. I am here to support you through life's challenges and help you find the strength and resilience within yourself. When you work with me, you can expect a compassionate and empathetic partner who is dedicated to your well-being. I believe in creating a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment. Together, we will work towards your personal growth and healing. If you're ready to take the next step towards a healthier, more fulfilling life, I invite you to reach out. Let's embark on this journey together.
