Getting to know Sara Wright

During trying to conceive, pregnancy, and the postpartum period, women and new moms face many new challenges. Between fluctuating hormones, adjustments to motherhood, and the risk of postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, there are numerous issues women may encounter during the perinatal period. I am committed to working with women and providing support as they navigate these new waters of motherhood. Perinatal mood and anxiety disorders affect 1 in 5 to 7 new moms. You are not alone. You're not to blame. With support and help, you can be healthy again. I hold a Master's in Counseling from Lindsey Wilson College and am certified through Postpartum Support International in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. This training has given me insight into using interpersonal and CBT therapeutic techniques to work with clients struggling with adjustments to parenthood, as well as serious mental health issues that can arise during pregnancy or the postpartum period. If you are concerned that your anxiety in pregnancy is more than nerves, or you're worried your struggles go beyond the baby blues, reach out today for specialized care. You are not alone, and with help, you can be well again.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
