What should a new client know about working with you?

I approach therapy from a client-centered perspective, deeply respecting your unique experiences and goals. I believe that every person has the inherent potential for healing and growth. I will provide compassionate support and work collaboratively with you to identify priorities and develop practical steps toward a more fulfilling life. My goal is to create a calm and reflective environment tailored to your needs, where you feel comfortable, heard, and supported throughout your healing journey.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our initial session begins with building trust and getting to know each other. I’ll answer any questions you have about therapy and discuss your goals. During our work together, sessions may focus on providing immediate skills to manage distressing symptoms. As these symptoms become more manageable, we’ll explore past experiences and underlying patterns to foster deeper healing and personal growth.
