Getting to know Sarah Abraham

Are you struggling with excessive worry, low mood, or unexpected rage? Are you trying to parent in a gentle and responsive manner, but your own emotions or past trauma make it hard? Have you been trying to grow your family but feel stuck due to pregnancy loss or fertility challenges? I see you, and you are not alone. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Springfield College, and my primary focus is helping women find balance and peace after experiencing trauma, navigating life transitions, unhealthy relationships, or loss and grief. Finding the right therapist can feel daunting and confusing. At 3C Counseling and Wellness, I strive to create a non-judgmental space where you can find your voice, be heard, and explore your thoughts, feelings, and needs. I offer a safe environment to talk through life’s demands and identify practical ways to balance caring for others and yourself. Please reach out, and we can talk further about how I can support you on your journey.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My intentions as a therapist are all about caring, connecting and creating in collaboration with my clients. Sit down with a caring and empathetic listener and learn to improve or start caring for yourself. We will focus on connecting or re-connecting with resources within yourself, family and the community for support and growth. Ultimately we will work on creating a plan for your life that helps you feel healthy and balanced.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
