I am a licensed clinical social worker, independently licensed in Arizona with over 15 years of experience providing therapy to adolescents, adults, veterans, couples, and families. I have worked with individuals with a wide range of concerns including various types of trauma, depression, anxiety, self-harm, drug and alcohol struggles, relationship issues, life adjustment difficulties, low self-esteem and ADHD. I have also helped many people who have experienced thoughts of suicide and hopelessness. I believe that feeling safe, supported, and non-judged are essential in building a successful working relationship, and treating everyone with dignity, respect, and compassion. You are not a label. We will work together to develop a treatment plan that meets your specific goals and needs. My therapeutic style combines culturally sensitive and trauma-informed approaches using cognitive-behavioral therapy, EMDR, attachment-focused, psychodynamic, mindfulness, and narrative therapy.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
