Drawing upon my extensive background in psychology and my passion for holistic wellness, I specialize in guiding adolescents, young adults, and women through the intricate process of healing their relationship with both their minds and bodies. My practice is deeply rooted in the belief that understanding early childhood experiences and attachment styles is pivotal in shaping the paths we tread as adults. My population focus is adolescents, young adults, and women. My theoretical modalities include client-centered, attachment theory, early childhood experiences, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy all with a trauma-informed lens.

In our therapeutic journey together, you can expect an approach that is not only professional but also warm, humorous, and low-pressure. I believe in fostering an environment where laughter can coexist with healing, creating a space that feels comfortable and inviting

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I am offering both online and in-person sessions. I am available Wednesday evening, Friday, & Sunday.
