I specialize in helping people navigate anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, body image struggles, and life transitions, and I’ll work with you to make each session feel like it’s just right for you. I use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you shift unhelpful thought patterns, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support you in living in line with your values, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help process past trauma and overcome limiting beliefs. Your goals and progress are my priority, and together, we’ll identify challenges and develop strategies to help you move forward with confidence.
