What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. My approach is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I regularly draw from CBT, DBT and other therapeutic modalities.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

From our first session you can expect to spend time getting comfortable with me as your therapist while you are also discuss some of the concerns that brought you to therapy. I believe remaining open and relaxed in the first couple sessions to help a client feel more empowered to be open and honest about the areas of their lives that have been challenging to them.
