What is your typical process for working with clients?

I use a blend of Creative Arts Therapy as well as traditional talk-based therapy. My approach is person-centered and strength-based, as drawing from skills-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to encourage each individual to explore their autonomy in their healing,
