Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your adolescent, my goal is to help you feel heard, empowered, and equipped with tools you can use outside of therapy.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and what’s bringing you to therapy, your history, current concerns, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to better understand patterns, stressors, strengths, and goals. From there, we’ll collaborate on a clear, individualized treatment plan. Ongoing sessions are supportive yet structured. We may explore thoughts and emotions, process experiences, and practice skills drawn from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused approaches. With adolescents, I tailor sessions to be developmentally appropriate and engaging, while also supporting emotional regulation and confidence-building. Throughout the process, we regularly check in on progress and adjust our focus as needed to ensure therapy remains aligned with your goals and growth.
