Welcome! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I'm a child and adolescent specialist, but I also have extensive experience working with adults. My approach is empathetic, warm, authentic, straightforward, and nonjudgmental. The goal of my practice is to provide a safe space of acceptance and unconditional positive regard that will help you build a stronger sense of empowerment and self-love. I can offer guidance, assist with gaining a better understanding of issues, and help you develop strategies to manage whatever problem you're facing. I have a wealth of knowledge and experience in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, emotional dysregulation, relationship difficulties, and body image issues. But I believe the true expert in treatment is you! I hope to have the opportunity to work alongside you on your journey.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

I have been to and work with many therapists. I have not come across one as straight forward, ho est and thought provoking as Sarah. The is kind, gives me the space to freely share all that I need to and gives me feedback, not afraid to challenge or question me. Sarahs sessions feel like she is walking you through how to navigate your challenges and your mind. I am a better person to myself and to others because of our time together.
