I also have an Advanced Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist (ACCTS) certification and have completed specialized trauma counseling training. I specialize in a variety of modalities and techniques. I am certified in Trauma Interventions and Care, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Somatic/Body-Based Sensitization, Brainspotting Phase 1 & 2 training, neurobiology, and mindfulness knowledge, among other techniques. I focus on understanding the person I serve, teamwork and honesty.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My treatment approach is tailored to meet the needs of everyone. I do not work with adolescents or couples. I prefer to move away from traditional therapy settings and adopt a more innovative approach in therapy. I aim to create a safe space that enhances awareness and fosters a connection to empower you. I strive to establish a non-judgmental space.
