After you book an appointment, a representative will call you to get your card information and confirm your appointment details.* My ideal client is a woman navigating one of life’s many transitions.She may be making big decisions about college, relationships, facing infertility, pregnancy or postpartum mood changes, balancing the demands of motherhood and a busy schedule, or entering into perimenopause/menopause season of life. Being a systemic therapist, I use this understanding to look at the whole person including everything that is impacting the person. Perinatal mood disorders are an additional training that I bring to my work. I also bring in my understanding of Internal Family Systems and trauma training to support my clients. Therapy offers a safe, supportive space where you can slow down, feel heard, and explore what you’re experiencing without judgment. It’s a place to gain clarity, build coping tools, and reconnect with your strengths. Reaching out for help isn’t a sign of weakness—it’s an act of courage and self-care.
