She earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University in 2023 and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Georgia in 2017. She has provided individual therapy since 2022. Sarah Kate especially enjoys working with women and children and has extensive experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and people living with chronic pain or illness. I am a Person Centered Therapist offering CBT, DBT, Play Therapy and Mindfulness Based Therapy. I like using creative approaches to help clients find skills that fit their unique life story. My aim is to provide clinical level care with authentic warmth, deep empathy, and uplifting energy.
