I am a Person Centered Therapist offering CBT, DBT, Play Therapy and Mindfulness Based Therapy. I like using creative approaches to help clients find skills that fit their unique life story. My aim is to provide clinical level care with authentic warmth, deep empathy, and uplifting energy.
