Sarah Kate Guthrie is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor who graduated from Wake Forest University in 2023 with her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Georgia in 2017. Since 2022, Sarah Kate has been practicing as an individual therapist with LifeStance Health. A Georgia native, her passion for those around her is as strong as her love for the Georgia Bulldogs. Her heart lies in client-centered therapy, where she makes a conscious effort to ensure all clients feel comfortable, valued, and understood.
