Wherever you are in your therapy journey, I hope to show up as an empathetic, collaborative, and caring mental health professional who can provide both support and perspective as you navigate life. My approach is person-centered and strengths-based. I truly believe that we are doing the best we can with the resources we have. Together, we can explore patterns and behaviors that may no longer be working or move toward your hopes and goals. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Michigan and have 20 years of experience working in a variety of settings, including schools, treatment facilities, community mental health, and private practice. I continue to be inspired by both the vulnerability and resiliency I see in counseling as people show up to grow and change.
