Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) and Registered Play Therapist (RPT), as well as a Doctoral Student. I obtained a Master’s Degree in Counseling with a concentration in Marriage & Family Therapy from San Diego State University. Additionally, I have extensive experience in individual therapy, play therapy, couples counseling, group therapy, and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). With over 14 years of experience, I am extensively trained and skilled in working with individuals, couples, children and families. I have a keen interest in working with military families, and have received several awards from the United States Marine Corps for my contributions to military families. As I saw a need for more high quality Online Therapy, I decided to pursue and attain the Board Certified TeleMental Health Provider (BC-TMH) designation.
