What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach to therapy is holistic. There is no rigid script or timeline. I draw upon various modalities dependent upon on your needs and goals, including a psychodynamic approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Reaching out to a therapist is the hardest part of the journey. Please contact me for a free, 15-minute consultation call to see if we are a good fit. During the initial intake session, we will brainstorm goals and work towards a plan. We will decide if EMDR or traditional therapy is a good fit, and what cadence is best.
