My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Person-Centered Therapy. I take an eclectic and personalized approach, drawing from a variety of treatment methods to meet your unique needs and help you move toward your goals.
