My approach to counseling is a client based approach through the use of TF-CBT; CBT; ACT; & motivational interviewing. I am a compassionate professional & my approach is mindfulness based & solution focused. I believe each client holds within them everything they need to resolve challenges; you are the expert on you & this is your journey. I provide a nonjudgmental space within which individuals & families can explore their options & approach individual issues. I encourage communication regarding the therapy process; your questions; & any concerns. All availability is updated at the end of the prior week.
