Psychotherapist
CA
Hi, you! I’m so glad you’re here. I am passionate about the human experience, and I currently see my mission as empowering others to explore their identity, discover their authentic selves, and allow themselves to step into their truth. And I am on this journey of life myself! I am the type of therapist who comes alongside her clients as an equal, not a superior. I see my role as a dedicated partner here to collaborate with you and assist you in uncovering all the layers and parts that make you who you are. I want to share a little about who I am so that you get a sense of me as a person and how interacting with me may feel. I’m not rigid or super structured. I follow my intuition, and because of my life experiences, I am able to connect and empathize with many different people from various backgrounds, values, and views. I am married, a mother to a magnificent child, a lover of sunshine, and a big fan of audiobooks. I hold a Master’s in Counseling from California State University, Fullerton, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support my clients effectively. I love therapy. I am invested in continuous evolution and growth. In this work, I often take a stance of curiosity, gently inviting us to move away from judgment and lean into wondering and understanding. When it makes sense, I share resources with my clients who wish to learn more through books, podcasts, skills, and strategies. I do my best to create an environment that is safe and inviting for clients to explore new ideas, be vulnerable, and sometimes messy. If it sounds like I’d be a therapist you may enjoy working with, I would love to connect with you to see if we would be a good match. If I am not the therapist for you, I will happily do my best to help you find the right person to work with.

What should a new client know about working with you?

When you work with me, we will get curious together—curious about your identity, your roles, your thoughts, feelings, desires, satisfaction in life, etc. We will determine what you want to get out of your therapy experience and then do the work together. We will utilize your past to understand your present in an effort to empower your future. My goal is to enable you to live your fullest, most authentic life—be free, here, and now!
