I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I provide treatment to adults and young adults who are experiencing and have experienced addiction, anxiety, depression, emotional/behavioral disturbances, and trauma. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), incorporating mindfulness and mind-body awareness concepts to help manage thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I strive to create a brave and non-judgemental space where my clients take the lead. I have work experience in providing services in residential settings, outpatient program settings, and in corrections. I am a graduate of The Chicago School of Professional Psychology with a Master's in Forensic Psychology and I enjoy reading, talking about my cat, crafting, and being outside.
