I work with adolescents and adults seeking a warm, non-judgmental space to explore their struggles and experiences. Together, my clients and I uncover the unhelpful beliefs and habits that stand in the way of their own best, genuine path forward. I have worked with a broad range of clients, with a strong background supporting those navigating anxiety, religious deconstruction, trauma, and relationship challenges. My approach is trauma-informed and polyamorous-friendly. I also offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. I hold a Master of Education in Counseling from the University of Houston, which informs my compassionate and client-centered approach.
