Getting to know Sarah Jane Ryan
Howdy!
My name is Sarah Jane Ryan, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in San Antonio, Texas. I earned my Master's in Counseling from the University of Texas, San Antonio.
I am a client-centered therapist who is warm, empathetic, and has a knack for picking up on patterns. I believe therapy should be a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to unpack, explore, learn, and grow.
I have worked with young people and parents for nearly twenty years but recently started working with adults and couples. I have experience assisting individuals struggling with chronic anxiety or depression, those who have experienced a traumatic event, and couples working to repair their marriage or relationship.
When I am not working, I enjoy baking, running, playing my ukulele, reading, listening to records, and being creative. I love traveling and exploring with my husband and giving all the kisses and belly rubs to my pups, Pepper and Sugar.
