Getting to know Sarah Jones

Hi! I received my Masters of Arts in Counseling in 2019 and have been sitting with clients ever since. I am passionate about helping people come out of some of their darkest hours by offering grace, compassion and attunement. I am EMDR trained and use IFS, CBT and attachment theory to understand my clients and help them reach their goals and find change.

What should a new client know about working with you?

With a trauma lens and a passion for helping others find wholeness and healing, I love helping women work through complicated familial relationships.
