My name is Sarah Kamensky; a passionate and empathetic Mental Health Counselor with the strong belief that person-centered therapy is the essential framework for all counseling. I believe that each individual client is the expert of their own experience. My aim is to walk alongside my clients; providing empathy and a safe space. My therapeutic style is rooted in a CBT and DBT foundation; with the flexibility to tailor my approach to each individual’s needs.
