What should a new client know about working with you?

I want therapy to be a comfortable and safe space for all of my clients. I specialize in complex trauma histories, anxiety disorders, depression, and personality disorders. When we work together we find the best interventions and therapies that work for you. My specialities include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Motivational Interviewing.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Sessions are typically 45-55 mins. Some of my clients prefer structure with an agenda or activities while others want to discuss what has been on their mind since I last saw them. We will work together to find the right balance for you!
