“Sarah is absolutely the best therapist I've worked with. By the end of our second session, I made significantly more progress than I had in 8 months of working with my previous therapist. Overall it was very refreshing to work with Sarah as she truly cares about her patients and is very easy to talk to. Despite seeming like normal conversation, I quickly realized she was tracking certain themes and was able to surface those insights for me to become more mindful of. There were never any forced/scripted "therapy questions" which made the whole experience that much easier. I highly recommend working with Sarah! ”

I really appreciated my appointment with Sarah Knechtle. She was very accurate in diagnosing my needs and what specifically to work on through the appointment. I felt like I could bring up things that I needed to, but also felt like she had things to work on if I didn't. I felt compelled to do the work she assigned, but not pressured. I was able to connect the things we talked about very easily to my personal life and was able to carry the lesson outside of just our appointment.
