I’m passionate about helping clients feel heard, understood, and empowered—especially when they’re navigating challenges like anxiety, ADHD, or big life transitions. Whether working with children, teens, or young adults, I provide a warm, non-judgmental space where they can explore their emotions and build skills that support long-term growth.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My experience includes working with families in foster care, supporting youth involved in the juvenile justice system, and helping those impacted by a loved one’s substance use. I use a range of evidence-based approaches—like play therapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care—tailored to each person’s unique needs. Together, we’ll focus on strengthening emotional regulation, building coping strategies, and helping you or your child feel more confident in who you are and how you move through the world.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through ZocDoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our initial assessment visit.
