Getting to know Sarah Landers

Hello, I'm Sarah Landers. I received my Bachelor's in Social Work from Southeast Missouri State University in December 2010 and went on to earn my Master's in Social Work from the University of Missouri–St. Louis in May 2014. I became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 2019, and I've been dedicated to the mental health field since 2010, working in various settings with a diverse range of clients. While I've worked with individuals of all ages, much of my experience has been with school-aged children through adults. I specialize in addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, grief, life transitions, faith-based counseling, and parenting. My approach to therapy is rooted in solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and strength-based techniques. I believe in the power of creating a supportive and judgment-free space where we can build a strong therapeutic relationship, promote healing, and work towards your personal goals. I pride myself on accepting and valuing all differences, and I strive to ensure that you feel understood and respected in our sessions. Whether you're navigating a challenging life transition, managing stress, or seeking support for deeper issues, I'm here to help you find clarity and strength. Outside of my professional life, I am passionate about fostering a sense of community and connection. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and support you on your journey toward growth and well-being. If you're ready to take the next step, please reach out. Let's work together to create the change you seek.
