My name is Sarah Litwiller, and I am an associate clinical social worker and EMDR practitioner in Orange County, California. I earned my Master's in Social Work from California State University San Marcos and hold a Bachelor's degree from Principia College. I have worked in a variety of settings such as hospice, schools, and most recently at a local substance abuse and mental health treatment center. I was drawn to the fields of mental health and social work because I am passionate about supporting others on their journey toward healthier relationships, authenticity, and purpose. I believe that therapy should be a collaborative and non-judgmental space between client and therapist. My approach is fundamentally strength-based and humanistic, allowing you to show up as you are and be an active part of your own therapy experience. Your inner wisdom is the greatest asset in this process, and my goal is to provide you with the tools to overcome destructive patterns, past experiences, and limiting beliefs hindering this connection to self, others, and your life's purpose.
