I have extensive experience supporting clients through stress and anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma and abuse, and concerns related to motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. In addition to traditional therapeutic approaches, I also offer spiritual counseling, with a particular focus on Christian perspectives for those who desire it.
