What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful and lasting change. One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to build trust and rapport with clients, creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where you feel genuinely heard and respected. I value curiosity and take the time to understand your unique experiences while also allowing space for reflection and processing. Together, we will work collaboratively in a compassionate setting where you can show up authentically, explore your challenges, and feel empowered throughout your healing journey. Clients often leave our sessions feeling supported and understood, with greater self-awareness, new insights, and practical tools they can apply in their daily lives. My hope is that you leave knowing you do not have to face your challenges alone and that growth and meaningful change are possible.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, I conduct a thorough review of your psychological history and current concerns to gain a clear understanding of your symptoms, life circumstances, relationships, and any relevant past experiences. This helps us establish accurate information and begin building rapport so we can develop a personalized plan together. Subsequent sessions are collaborative and typically last 53–60 minutes. We use evidence-based approaches to identify unhelpful thought patterns and develop practical tools to manage anxiety, depression, trauma, or other challenges. Depending on your needs, I may incorporate additional strategies or discuss how other interventions could further support your progress. Throughout our work together, sessions remain focused on your goals. We will regularly review what’s working, adjust strategies as needed, and move forward at a pace that feels comfortable for you in a supportive, non-judgmental environment
