What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe healing is not about “fixing” yourself, but about learning to care for yourself with greater compassion and understanding. My approach is collaborative, creative, holistic, and solution focused. I use evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support individuals in better understanding their thoughts and emotions, staying present, and building practical coping skills. Through integrative approaches, I help those I work with learn to manage stress, regulate emotions, and improve relationships, while also taking meaningful steps toward what matters most to them. I incorporate expressive arts and holistic approaches to deepen the therapeutic process, helping individuals explore emotions, build insight, and engage in healing in ways that feel natural and meaningful to them.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, you can expect a comfortable and supportive space where you can feel truly heard and understood. My goal is to get to know you, better understand what’s bringing you to therapy, and learn how I can best support you moving forward. We’ll talk about the challenges you’ve been facing, your goals for therapy, and the strengths you already have, while beginning to explore tools and coping skills that can help you feel more empowered, confident, and supported in your day-to-day life. I incorporate expressive arts and holistic approaches to deepen the therapeutic process, helping individuals explore emotions, build insight, and engage in healing in ways that feel natural and meaningful to them.
