I have extensive training in working with individuals who have experienced trauma and are living daily with anxiety and depression. The first few sessions will be spent talking about self-care and developing a customized plan to help manage the specific symptoms you are experiencing. Above all, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to process whatever you are going through in life. I can also assist with a variety of issues you may be experiencing. I hold a Master's in Social Work and a Bachelor's degree from West Chester University, as well as an Associate's degree from Grand Rapids Community College. I look forward to meeting you soon!

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
