“Sarah is one of those therapists who immediately puts people at ease. She’s warm, genuine, and deeply knowledgeable, with a wonderful ability to help clients feel truly seen and understood. She is particularly experienced in dual diagnoses as well as OCD, ADHD, Autism, and anxiety. Her work uses evidence-based approaches (which I really appreciate) such as ERP and RO-DBT in ways that feel practical, personalized, and compassionate. I would confidently recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a therapist who truly understands neurodivergence and combines clinical skill with authentic human connection.”

Getting to know Sarah Mireles

My clients are dealing with racing thoughts and trouble getting started on tasks. They often struggle with change, uncertainty, unfairness and emotional overwhelm. They struggle with negative intrusive thoughts and compulsions to try to reduce anxiety, but it never goes away. My clients' depression and anxiety often gets in the way of being able to be present at work, at school or with their friends and family. Relationships feel hard to sustain as they often feel 'different' or like it would take too much energy. They may be dealing with social anxiety, communication, couples issues, or family difficulties.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I ofter a variety of services including individual and couples therapy. I offer ERP, DBT, RO DBT, and ACT therapy. I often work with ADHD, Autism OCD, OCPD, Depression, and more. I ofter couples therapy and help couples improve with communication and emotional understanding. I work with parents to coach them on best practices for guiding their young adult on their journey to successful adulthood.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My clients feel like they are better able to handle change, life tasks, and are able to be present in their relationships. They are living their life according to their values. Anxiety, depression and compulsions decrease as they focus more on their personal goals. Please reach out if you are tired of feeling out of control and are ready to feel better.
