Getting to know Sarah ONesti

I work with adults who struggle with a harsh inner critic, standards of perfectionism, and wounds from broken promises. The desire for success, love and happiness can keep us stuck in a vicious cycle of wanting more. During the past 5 years as a counselor, I have worked with individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, relationship issues, addictions, and trauma. Therapy involves assisting my clients learn healthier coping skills, improve self esteem, discover personal values, break free from addictions, and mend relationships. My role as a clinician is to walk alongside my clients through their therapeutic journey towards freedom and healing.
