What is your typical process for working with clients?

As a systemic and culturally responsive therapist located in the Greater King County area, I seek to work with my clients from a holistic approach; emphasizing the reality that we as humans exist in many different systems. Due to this fact, it is an important that we take into consideration these factors as it directly influences how we show up in the world. My work encompasses addressing the needs of individuals in the context of family, social & cultural systems while working from an awareness first & strength-based perspective. My goal is to deeply understand who you are, who you want to be, and how you want your life to evolve. We will work to empower you to better understand yourself more deeply through healing and growth for the mind and body.
