Hi there, I'm Sarah! Taking the first step toward support often requires courage, especially during difficult times, and I'm glad you're here. My goal is to provide a warm, collaborative space where you feel understood, validated, and supported as we work toward healing and hope. My focus I work with teens, adults, and couples facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and moments when hope feels lost. When painful experiences feel overwhelming or hard to make sense of, I offer a warm, structured, and supportive space. Using CBT, EMDR, and ACT, I help you process what you've been through, build coping skills, and reconnect with hope. My approach My approach is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented. Using CBT, EMDR, and ACT, I help clients understand their experiences, develop practical coping skills, and work through challenges at a pace that feels comfortable. Together, we build on your strengths, foster resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change. My communication style I provide a calm, supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can share at your own pace. My communication style is warm and collaborative, offering gentleness when things feel overwhelming and clear, direct guidance when needed. Together, we balance compassion and honesty to help you feel grounded, understood, and supported in moving forward. My journey to mental healthcare My path to this work began during a time when my 12-year-old child was diagnosed with cancer. In that experience, a licensed clinical social worker entered my life and showed me compassion, clarity, and hope in the midst of uncertainty. That support inspired me to help others find light, healing, and strength through their own challenges. My goals for you I work with you to set goals that are personal, realistic, and aligned with your values, strengths, and lived experience.
