What sets my approach apart is the genuine compassion and understanding I bring to the therapeutic relationship. Having personally experienced a season of profound uncertainty and fear when my son was diagnosed with cancer, I understand how powerful it can be to have someone sit beside you in the darkness and help you find a way forward. That experience shaped the way I practice: I don’t believe in simply “fixing” people or offering one-size-fits-all solutions. I believe in meeting each client where they are, listening without judgment, honoring their unique story, and creating a safe space where they can feel seen and understood. My goal is to help clients discover their own strengths, find hope, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.
