Welcome! My name is Sarah, and I am a dedicated and compassionate therapist committed to helping individuals and couples navigate life's challenges. I hold a Bachelor’s degree from Texas State University and a Master of Education in Counseling from Sam Houston State University. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC), I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my practice.
I have the privilege of working with children, teens, adults, and couples, offering a safe and supportive space for those facing anxiety, depression, and trauma. Utilizing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, I guide clients through their healing journey, helping them process and overcome distressing experiences.
For couples, I employ the Gottman Method Level 1, a research-based approach to strengthen relationships and foster deeper connections. With children, I incorporate play therapy, allowing them to express themselves and work through their emotions in a natural and effective way.
My passion for helping others shines through in every session. I believe in the power of therapy to transform lives, and I am dedicated to providing a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment where clients can feel heard and understood.
