Taking the first step toward asking for help requires self-awareness and courage. As difficult as the journey of healing and self-discovery can be; you’re not alone. I am here to provide empathy; support; guidance; and validation through this process. I have experience working with clients of all ages struggling with wounds from the past; current stressors; and future worries. I specialize in the treatment of trauma; and I offer EMDR as a supplement to typical therapy. I would love the opportunity to walk with you on this part of your journey.
