As a therapist with 5 years of experience I have worked in a variety of problem areas including substance abuse; mood disorders; anxiety; and self-esteem with both adolescent and adult clients. I most enjoy working with dialectical behavioral therapy to help ourselves see both sides of every situation; and CBT/exposure therapy for anxiety disorders. By challenging core beliefs; and allowing ourselves grace while still pushing to face our challenges; we can make incredible change. My goal is to see clients gain relief from their symptoms but also work to uncover core issues to make lasting sustainable change.
