What should a new client know about working with you?

While working with me I will provide a healthy direct approach while teaching you to build your assertive voice. I like to work from an inviting place as therapy can already be intimidating for many. We're going to discover the goals you would like to work on in therapy and if needed homework will be applied. . While working with me or the practice it's important to know that we do not provide Psychiatric services or provide medication management services (prescription) to any client. Please do not book with this provider if that is the current need. Thank you

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Each client's process can look different when starting therapy. In our first session we would use some talk therapy to gain a foundation of information to formulate your goals for therapy. Some of the models I would use are ACT and CBT, amongst a few.
