What should a new client know about working with you?

"DISCLAIMER: We are not able to accept Medicare or Medicaid plans at this time." Sarah believes in working with you as a whole person mind, body and spirit. With that in mind, she’ll use a holistic perspective, drawing from a variety of empowering and evidence-based treatment approaches including but not limited to Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Somatic Based Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to tailor a healing plan best suited to your needs.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Helping you navigate the complexities of life is something Sarah feels passionate about. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Yoga Teacher (E-RYT), she has experience working with a wide array of presenting concerns and specializes in working with adults who present with trauma/PTSD, anxiety/panic and depression. She also enjoys helping clients connect with their authentic sense of self, find balance in their lives, and improve their relationships and overall connection with others.
